GREEN CAPE PARTNERS ADVISES LANGA INTERNATIONAL ON THE ACQUISITION OF EOLFI FROM SHELL

Green Cape Partners announces that it has acted as financial advisor to Langa International in the acquisition of EOLFI, completed alongside the company’s historical onshore management team. This transaction marks a significant milestone for the renewable energy sector in France.

Founded in 2004, EOLFI is a well-established developer of renewable energy projects. Now once again a fully French-owned company, EOLFI is refocusing its activities on onshore wind, ground-mounted solar photovoltaic projects and agrivoltaics. Its development portfolio represents approximately 800 MW, including nearly 300 MW in advanced permitting stages or already authorised.

Langa International, an active operator in France and internationally across solar, wind, battery storage and hydropower, relies on a multi-gigawatt pipeline and extensive experience in the construction and operation of renewable assets. This acquisition strengthens its position in the French market and supports its long-term sustainable growth ambitions.
